Anywhere from the neck down, including your bottom, thighs, legs, arms and back. It's for external use only, so keep it away from internal areas. The sugar and coffee are too coarse for your face.

It's gentle enough for daily use, but most people find two to three times a week keeps skin smooth without overdoing it.

No. It smells good enough to eat, but it's made for skin, not snacking. Rinse well before things get close, and let your partner make you the snack.

Before. Scrubbing first helps clear dry skin for a smoother shave. Skip freshly shaved, waxed, broken or irritated skin, since exfoliating right after can further irritate it.

That's kind of the point ;-)  Just rinse well afterward. Oils and latex condoms don't mix.

Yes it should be.  It's made without parabens or sulfates, and loads of natural ingredients and oils.  If you have concerns or a medical condition speak to your doctor first and consider patch testing. 

No. Caffeine from the coffee is only applied topically and does not have the same effect as ingesting. 

Not quite. It contains organic beeswax, which helps seal in moisture after you rinse.

It might, a little. Most of the oils stay on your skin, but some land on the floor, so rinse it with warm water after you scrub and step carefully.

We keep ours in the shower. Just keep the lid closed and water out of the jar. If you can't do that while storing in the shower, store it somewhere within reach of your shower.

    Pleasantly Effective

    I typically take probiotic pills, and I'm somewhat wary of using gummies as a supplement form. I got these BUM probiotic fiber gummies as a Gift With Purchase, and wasn't expecting much from them. Let us say that these gummies performed beyond expectations!

    After taking these fiber gummies for over a week, I could feel the difference. I take these before eating dinner, and when I wake up in the morning I perform my morning rituals. It's a great cleanse that leaves ready and prepped for the day. The quality and performance of these gummies warranted me to restock! My one gripe is that it took a quite some time for my order to get to me on time. I had to do a week or so without my supplements.
