Gummies: Take 2 gummies with a full glass of water up to two times daily. For best results, take 15-30 minutes before a meal.

Scrub: On damp skin gently massage with circular motions by hand or using an exfoliating cloth, anywhere below the neckline paying special attention to erogenous zones for 30 seconds.  Rinse off thoroughly.  For use 2-3 times per week, or whenever you want to get your mojo on.

Some people notice a little extra gas in the first week while their gut adjusts to prebiotic fiber. Starting with 1 gummy a day and drinking water helps.

The inulin in our gummies is a fructan - the "O" in FODMAP. But avoiding FODMAPs isn't a general health rule. The low-FODMAP diet is a short-term elimination protocol done under medical guidance to identify personal triggers, not a permanent way of eating. For most people, fermentable fiber is doing good work.

If you're gassy the first few days, that's usually your gut adjusting to more fermentable fiber than it's used to. Start with one gummy and work up.

If you're currently on a low-FODMAP diet, or you already know fructans are a trigger for you, talk to your doctor before starting.

Yes the lube is condom safe.  It can be used with glass, metal, ceramic or hard plastic toys. Don't use it with silicone toys, because silicone lube can break down their surface over time. For those, a water-based lube is the better pick.
