We stand behind every product we make. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of the product price, minus a flat $5 shipping and handling fee.

Please keep in mind: It’s just two scrappy dads behind the scenes—no big investors, no corporate safety net. We're building the kind of business we want to see more of in the world: one that offers the best products, the best customer service, and meaningfully gives back to the community we serve.

Our ability to continue offering this money-back guarantee depends on it not being abused. Please only use this program if you've genuinely tried a product and don’t intend to use it again. If you’re just looking to score free stuff—we’re probably not the brand for you.

🌐 Where This Policy Applies

This guarantee only applies to purchases made directly through www.BottomsUpMovement.com.

If you purchased our products through any other website, marketplace, or retail location—such as Amazon, in-person retail partners, or other eCommerce stores—this policy does not apply. In those cases, please follow the return or refund policy of the place where you made your purchase.

✅ Who's Eligible:

  • New customers: One-time, no-questions-asked refund available on your first opened product.
  • Existing customers: May request a one-time refund when trying a new product not purchased before.
  • Limit one opened-product refund per customer.

📦 What’s Covered:

  • Refunds apply to the cost of a single product per order.
  • A flat $5 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from all refunds—even on orders that qualified for free shipping.
    While we’re proud to offer free shipping at checkout, it still costs us money to ship every order. We can’t absorb both the product cost and shipping expenses on returned items. No exceptions.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

⚠️ Fine Print:

  • You may choose which single item in your order is covered by the guarantee.
  • A “customer” is defined by a combination of name, email, billing, and shipping address.
  • If we detect attempts to bypass the one-time guarantee (e.g. by creating multiple accounts), we reserve the right to cancel the order or deny the refund.
  • Guarantee claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

📸 Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged (e.g. broken seal or leaking product), please email a photo of the item and packaging — we must be able to clearly see the item is not opened and was damaged in transit. We’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

📬 Unopened Returns:

If your product is unopened and you no longer want it, email us and we’ll provide a prepaid return label. Once the product is received, we’ll refund the item cost minus a $5 shipping & restocking fee.

  • A brief reason for your request, such as:
    • “I used the product and didn’t like it”
    • “The product arrived damaged” (please attach a photo)
    • “The product is unopened and I’d like to return it”
  • If damaged, attach a photo of the product and packaging

🔚 Right to Modify or End This Program

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Money-Back Guarantee at any time. If the program is ended, any orders placed prior to the termination date will still be eligible under the original terms for up to 30 days after delivery. No refunds will be issued for orders placed after the program has officially ended.
