How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $49. We also ship internationally for a fee, and cover a significant portion of the shipping costs to help keep it affordable.

Where do you ship?

Everyone around the world deserves great bum care products! We ship to the United States free for all orders over $49 and now have international shipping for a small shipping fee!

How long does it take to ship my order?

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days from our East Coast warehouse. Most packages arrive within 5–7 business days, with West Coast deliveries taking a bit longer due to distance.Please allow extra time during holidays or weekends.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships, including your estimated delivery date and tracking number.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes, All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or bubble mailers, with “Shipping Department” listed as the sender. We’re exploring more pride-forward shipping options in the future.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We stand behind every product we make with our Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not totally satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the product cost - minus a $5 shipping and handling fee. No stress, no judgment—just care that works for you. What if my order arrives damaged?

We want your BUM products to arrive in perfect condition. If something arrives leaking or damaged, email feedback@bottomsupmovement.com with a clear photo of the product and original packaging. We must be able to verify that the item is unopened and damaged in transit. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement ASAP.

What is your Money-Back Guarantee?

If you try one of our products and it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got your back. We offer a one-time, no-questions-asked refund on a single product per customer—just cover a flat $5 shipping and handling fee.

What is a bum scrub—and is it only for your butt?
