📦 Orders & Shipping

How much is shipping?

Right now, shipping is free on all U.S. orders—but we reserve the right to add a small shipping fee in the future to help cover costs.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States. We’re still in our scrappy startup phase, but international shipping is on our roadmap!

How long does it take to ship my order?

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days from our East Coast warehouse via USPS Ground Advantage. Most packages arrive within 5–7 business days, with West Coast deliveries taking a bit longer due to distance.Please allow extra time during holidays or weekends.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships, including your estimated delivery date and tracking number.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes! All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes, with “Shipping Department” listed as the sender. We’re exploring more pride-forward shipping options in the future.

💸 Returns, Refunds & Our Guarantee

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We stand behind every product we make with our Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not totally satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the product cost—minus a $5 shipping and handling fee. No stress, no judgment—just care that works for you. To prevent abuse, our Money-Back Guarantee allows one product to be refunded after use—no questions asked. Once you’ve used your guarantee, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any opened products. Unopened items can still be returned within 30 days for a full product refund, minus a $5 shipping and handling fee - please refer to our Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We want your (BUM) products to arrive in perfect condition. If something arrives leaking or damaged, email feedback@bottomsupmovement.com with a clear photo of the product and original packaging. We must be able to verify that the item is unopened and damaged in transit. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement ASAP.

What is your Money-Back Guarantee?

If you try one of our products and it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ve got your back. We offer a one-time, no-questions-asked refund on a single product per customer—just cover a flat $5 shipping and handling fee.

No. Our guarantee only applies to orders placed through www.bottomsupmovement.com. If you purchased via Amazon, another site, or a retail partner, please follow their return policy.

How is my purchase helping LGBTQ+ couples achieve parenthood?

We commit at least 5% of our revenue to organizations aligned with our mission of making LGBTQ+ family building more accessible and affordable. Current partners include HelpUsAdopt.org, GWK Academy, and Men Having Babies, all of which provide critical resources and direct grants to queer individuals and couples. We also amplify their work through our platform to expand awareness and access.

Is (BUM) a nonprofit?

Nope! We’re a for-profit, gay-owned business on a mission. We believe a sustainable, community-driven brand that gives back can be both profitable and purposeful. We’re building a new kind of company that proves you can do well by doing good.

Do you offer different sizes or bundles?

Right now we’re keeping it simple with our core sizes. That said, we do offer a few bundle options—like our (BUM)Box, available in Silicone or Water-Based versions, and cleanse bundles.

What is a bum scrub—and is it only for your butt?

Our bum scrub is one of the most versatile products out there. While yes, it’s a killer butt scrub (and a favorite among folks who appreciate a rimming routine), you can use it anywhere below the neckline.

We don’t recommend using it on your face—it’s made with real coffee grounds, which are amazing for skin but not great for your eyes.

How do I know if the Cleanse is working?

(BUM) Cleanse isn’t a laxative—so don’t expect an emergency trip to the bathroom. It’s a psyllium husk fiber supplement that works by absorbing water and adding bulk to your gut - this is how it relieves constipation. It passes through your system naturally, syncing with your body’s usual rhythm - this is how it supports regularity in your bowel movements.

Does silicone lube stain fabric or sheets?

Let’s clear it up: it’s a myth that one silicone lube stains more than another. Staining is more about the amount of silicone used and how much makes it to the sheets (or... wherever you're having fun).
