We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns for Unopened Items

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, with heat seals and/or shrink wrapping still intact

You’ll also need your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged (e.g., leaking, broken heat seal)
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item appears defective

To report a damaged item:

  • Email feedback@bottomsupmovement.com
  • Include a photo of the damaged product and the original shipping packaging

Once damage is confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement item and provide a return shipping label if needed.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened items unless you are eligible under our Money-Back Guarantee (see below).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please follow the instructions above under Damages and Issues, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at feedback@bottomsupmovement.com.

If you’ve tried a product and weren’t satisfied, we offer a one-time Money-Back Guarantee for opened products—no questions asked.

To qualify, you must:

  • Have purchased directly through our website (www.bottomsupmovement.com)
  • Submit your request within 30 days of delivery
  • Be a new customer or trying a product for the first time
  • Choose one product per order to be eligible for refund

A $5 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund, even if your order originally qualified for free shipping.
