What are your shipping rates?

Right now, shipping is free on all U.S. orders—but we reserve the right to add a small shipping fee in the future to help cover costs.

What is the status of my order & how can I track it?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order.

Where do you ship?

We're still in bootstrap mode and currently only shipping to the United States. As we grow we hope to expand shipping internationally. Certain products, like lube, are heavily regulated and may take additional time before we can offer beyond the United States

How long does it take to ship my order?

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days from our East Coast warehouse via USPS Ground Advantage. Most packages arrive within 5–7 business days, with West Coast deliveries taking a bit longer due to distance.
