What are your shipping rates?

Right now, shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $49 — due to the high cost of shipping orders under $49 pay a $4.95 shipping and handling fee.

What is the status of my order & how can I track it?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as a link to track your order.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States and select international countries.

How long does it take to ship my order?

We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days from our East Coast warehouse. Most packages arrive within 5–7 business days, with West Coast deliveries taking a bit longer due to distance.
