One box. Two steps.

Prep shouldn’t cost you the whole evening.

Most Bottoms piece a routine together from different aisles, then lose an hour to prep anyway. Gummies + Scrub covers the days before and the shower, so you can spend the night on the night.

Gummies for the days before. Scrub for the shower.

Prepare

Two prebiotic fiber gummies a day support regular, predictable digestion.* Prep takes minutes, not the evening.

Present

Coffee and sugar buff skin smooth; shea, jojoba and rosehip leave it soft. Two minutes in a steamy shower and you're ready to be seen.

Plain packaging, plain label. Nothing on the outside says BUM or what's inside.

Very. Start with 1 gummy a day for the first week, then move to 2. The scrub has no learning curve.

That's your call. Fiber keeps things regular so prep is quicker and more predictable; plenty of Bottoms find a quick rinse is all they need.

Some people notice a little extra gas in the first week while their gut adjusts to prebiotic fiber. Starting with 1 gummy a day and drinking water helps.

The inulin in our gummies is a fructan - the "O" in FODMAP. But avoiding FODMAPs isn't a general health rule. The low-FODMAP diet is a short-term elimination protocol done under medical guidance to identify personal triggers, not a permanent way of eating. For most people, fermentable fiber is doing good work.

If you're gassy the first few days, that's usually your gut adjusting to more fermentable fiber than it's used to. Start with one gummy and work up.

If you're currently on a low-FODMAP diet, or you already know fructans are a trigger for you, talk to your doctor before starting.

The gummies are vegan and gelatin free. The scrub contains organic beeswax.

Built for Bottoms, made for every body. The gummies and scrub work for anyone.

That's what the money-back guarantee is for.  Reach out to us at feedback@bottomsupmovement.com and we'll make it right.

    Pleasantly Effective

I typically take probiotic pills, and I'm somewhat wary of using gummies as a supplement form. I got these BUM probiotic fiber gummies as a Gift With Purchase, and wasn't expecting much from them. Let us say that these gummies performed beyond expectations!

After taking these fiber gummies for over a week, I could feel the difference. I take these before eating dinner, and when I wake up in the morning I perform my morning rituals. It's a great cleanse that leaves ready and prepped for the day. The quality and performance of these gummies warranted me to restock! My one gripe is that it took a quite some time for my order to get to me on time. I had to do a week or so without my supplements.
