What are HSAs and FSAs?
A Health Savings Account (HSA) and a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) both let you set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible health expenses. HSAs are paired with high-deductible health plans, and the balance generally carries over from year to year. FSAs are usually offered through an employer, and many have a deadline to use your funds. Limited-purpose FSAs (dental and vision only) and dependent care FSAs generally don't cover items like fiber.
Which BUM products are HSA/FSA eligible?
Our fiber products: Prebiotic Fiber Gummies, Psyllium Fiber Cleanse and the Fiber Bundle, plus the Gummies and Cleanse 2-packs sold on Amazon. All of them are on the SIGIS Eligible Product List.
Do I need a Letter of Medical Necessity?
No. Some products sold as HSA/FSA eligible need a Letter of Medical Necessity, usually from a health survey at checkout. BUM fiber is on the SIGIS Eligible Product List, and under SIGIS criteria, items on that list don't require a statement from a medical provider or a diagnosis for reimbursement.
Can I pay with my HSA/FSA card on bottomsupmovement.com?

SIGIS (the Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards), the national industry organization that maintains the Eligible Product List HSA and FSA administrators and retailers use. Its Eligible Product List Committee, made up of plan administrators, merchants and other industry experts, reviews products against IRS standards for eligible medical care and approves them by full consensus. Every BUM fiber product is on the list.
How much will I save?
It depends on your tax situation. Because HSA and FSA funds are pre-tax dollars, you're paying for eligible items with money that generally hasn't been taxed as income. Savings vary by tax situation, so we can't promise a specific amount.
Are the lubricants or scrub eligible?
No. HSA/FSA eligibility covers our fiber products. Our lubricants and Coffee & Sugar Body Scrub are not eligible.
When do my FSA funds expire?
It varies by plan. Many FSA plans have a deadline tied to the plan year, and some offer a grace period or a carryover. Check with your plan administrator for your exact dates.
